We begin the process with an initial consultation and office or site visit, during which we work with you to define the specific goals, budget, and requirements of your project. This allows us to determine the scope of the project and the need for permits, custom architectural plans, or interior design consultations.

Preliminary Design
During the preliminary design phase, we take the measurements of your project space, draft floor plans, and develop the total design concept, taking into consideration state and local codes and design guidelines.

Final Plans + Permits
After you have approved the preliminary design, we complete a set of buildable plans and prepare the plans for the city approval process. We then submit the plans for permits and create a timeline for project completion.

Once the permits are approved by the city and the project is moving ahead, we meet with you frequently to ensure that you and our team have a shared understanding about what will happen and when it will happen. We discuss with you any supply chain issues and decisions that you need to make to keep the project on schedule.
We honor the contract price and do not add costs unless you initiate and agree to a change order.
